How it works

  1. Free eligibility check

Answer a few questions online. It takes about three minutes.

  2. We follow up

We reach out the same business day by email about your case and what you need.

  3. Attorney Record Review — $195

Eric reads your court record and tells you in writing what you qualify for. The $195 is credited in full to your case.

  4. We file

Once your fee is paid, in full or through Affirm, your petition goes to the court.

Our refund promises

Your $195 review is never wasted. If you hire us, it's credited in full. If you're not eligible yet, it's credited toward your filing when you are, for up to 2 years. If you can never qualify, we refund it.

Expunction fee refund (Full Representation). If the judge denies your expunction, we refund our full attorney's fee.

Nondisclosure fee refund (Full Representation). If the judge denies your nondisclosure, we refund 50% of our attorney's fee.

Court costs already paid to the county are not refundable.

Refunds don't apply if the denial is because of something you didn't tell us, like other charges on your record, or if information you gave us was wrong, you're arrested or charged during the case, you end the representation, or the law changes. Full terms are in your written agreement.

Common questions

Is the price different for expunction and nondisclosure?

No. One price for either. Eric tells you which one you qualify for after he reviews your record.

What if I have more than one arrest?

Each additional arrest has its own petition and court costs. We'll quote it after your record review.

Which counties?

These prices cover Bexar, Travis, Harris and Dallas counties. For other counties, contact us for a quote.

Is there a free option?

Sometimes. If you qualify for a free legal-aid clinic, we'll tell you.
