This amount covers everything. There are absolutely no other costs or hidden fees from our office or the court. $495.00 covers your court costs, our attorney’s fees, and any fine assessed by the court.

When you hire us for Class C misdemeanor representation in San Antonio, you will never pay a penny more than $495.00.

What Charges Do We Handle in San Antonio Courts?

We represent individuals for nearly every Class C Misdemeanor, including, but not limited to:

– Theft Under $100.00

– Possessing Drug Paraphernalia

– Public Intoxication

– Disorderly Conduct

– Consuming in the Central Business District

– Urinating in Public

– Betting

– Failure to Identify

– Soliciting from Occupants of Vehicles

– Aggressive Solicitation

Will I Have to Go to Court?

No! Because the charge is a “Class C Misdemeanor” an attorney can represent you without you being there! We have resolved more than 99% of our cases without our clients having to go to court.

Will the Ticket/Citation Go On My Record?

In most cases, we can keep the citation off of your record. This means that we usually get the case dismissed early on or through a legal procedure called deferred disposition.

What is Deferred Disposition for a Class C Misdemeanor?

Deferred disposition is a form of probation that allows the accused to get the charges dismissed as long as certain conditions are met. Although we refer to it as probation, there is no probation officer, jail time, or checking in. In most cases, the only condition is that the accused does not get convicted of any similar violations for a specific period of time (not to exceed six months).

Do You Offer a Guarantee?

While no lawyer can or should guarantee a particular outcome, we DO offer a simple money-back guarantee. If we are unable to keep the ticket from becoming a conviction on your record, we will offer a full refund including any fines or court costs we have paid on your behalf.

If you have questions about your case, feel free to call our office and we’ll take a look for you.

How Long Does the Process Take?

We have most cases resolved within 7-10 business days. Court closures due to Covid-19 may cause some delay, but we will try to get your case to court as soon as possible.

Will You Update Me on My Case Status?

Yes! As soon as you retain us, you will receive 2 emails: a confirmation email and a payment receipt. After we have your case resolved (7-10 business days) we will email you an update WITH confirmation from the court that we have resolved your case.

If you have questions in the meantime, you can call, email, or text us.
